Investo Shots is a mobile application that provides AI-powered investment news aggregation and summarization. The Service includes:

• Personalized news feeds based on your stock preferences
• AI-generated article summaries
• Multi-market stock tracking (NSE, BSE, NYSE, NASDAQ, FOREX)
• Push notifications for relevant market news
• Article saving and offline reading capabilities

3. User Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
