2. Description of Service

Investo Shots is a mobile application that helps you discover and follow market news with AI-generated short summaries. We aggregate articles from third-party sources and may present AI-generated summaries and sentiment indicators for convenience.

The Service may include (depending on availability and your settings):

• Personalized news feed based on your selected stocks and market indices
• AI-generated article summaries and sentiment labels (may be inaccurate)
• Watchlists for stocks and indices
• Saving articles for later and offline access on your device
• Optional push notifications for market updates and app events

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Guest Mode

Some parts of the Service may be accessible without an account (for example, browsing certain screens in a limited “guest mode”). If you choose to create an account later, your experience may change and additional features may become available.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE.
